Algenesis has partnered with Earthwise Sorbents in an effort to bring the technology of sustainable, Algae based foams to the sorbent markets. Polyurethane foam, which is the product currently being used by Earthwise competitors is made from petroleum products. Now, Earthwise is the only sorbent manufacture who is thinking green and sustainable by using algae based poly foam that is derived from algae oils instead of fossil fuels.
